Biography

Vivica is an Associate in the Real Estate team with experience in projects spanning the full cross-section of the industry. She advises on a range of issues including procurement strategies, contract drafting and project administrations, as well as the contentious side of matters. She has completed a six-month secondment at BCLP's corporate team in the London office, with a focus on real estate transactions.

Vivica is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

  • Integrated resort developer, Macau - Advising the US based owner / developer of integrated gaming resorts on all issues including strategic procurement, contract administration and project structuring
  • Hong Kong Statutory Authority - Assisted on the preparation and procurement of a PPP for the build, operate and transfer of an arts, culture and exhibition project including multi-purpose venue, hotel, office and retail as part of a master planned urban development project.
  • Sports Park, Hong Kong - Bid side mandate advising on all aspects of a joint venture’s bid for the design, build and operate concession agreement .
  • Listed international specialist contractor - Assisted in an arbitration and court proceedings against the main contractor arising from the MTRC's XRL Project.
  • Hotel operator, London - Acted for the buyer, a French hotel operator, in relation to acquisition of a hotel in West London.
