Mike Danielewsky
Biography
Mike heads the German Corporate & Finance Transactions practice. He advises national and international companies and executive bodies, banks, investment companies, funds and investors on the development and implementation of restructuring strategies within and outside of insolvency proceedings.
This includes advising companies and executive bodies in crisis situations in order to develop sustainable restructuring solutions with the help of debt restructuring strategies, as well as their implementation in order to ensure the positive continuation of companies. Advising on the sale and acquisition of (non-performing) loans and loan portfolios is as much a part of his practice as the restructuring of complex, bilateral or syndicated loans as well as securitization transactions (RMBS, CMBS, CDO/CLO).
Furthermore, Mike advises investment companies and strategic investors on debt and equity investments in connection with crisis situations of subsidiaries and target companies and continuously advises insolvency administrators and traders in self-administration proceedings on the development and implementation of restructuring concepts.
