Biography
Michael Rosen provides general corporate, finance and business counsel to a wide range of public, private, for-profit and not-for-profit clients, working with them to identify and achieve the best legal solutions to their objectives.
Among the public companies with which Mr. Rosen has worked are Barnes & Noble, Inc. and GameStop Corp., and he previously served as a member of the Board of Directors for both companies. He has written and lectured on a variety of legal subjects ranging from the effects of pre-trial publicity to issues arising under the federal securities laws. Mr. Rosen has also held leadership roles within the firm, and served as Chairman of Robinson Silverman Pearce Aronsohn & Berman LLP prior to its 2002 merger with Bryan Cave LLP.
Mr. Rosen is Chairman of the Board of the New York City AHRC Foundation, an organization that aids children and adults with Down Syndrome, autism and other developmental disabilities. In February 2009, he was honored at the annual Thurman Munson Award Dinner, receiving the Corporate Hero Award for his efforts.
