Biography
Mike Montoya is an associate in the firm’s Kansas City office and is a member of the Class Actions and Mass Tort Practice Group.
Before joining the firm, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Toby Crouse of the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas.
Mike earned his J.D. from George Mason University Antonin Scalia Law School, where he served as an articles editor for the George Mason Law Review, participated in the school’s Administrative Law Clinic, and graduated magna cum laude. He earned his B.A. in government with a focus on American politics and policy from Patrick Henry College.
