Biography
Meredith Barrow focuses her practice on commercial real estate and lending transactions, representing clients on matters ranging from real estate finance (including the making, restructuring, and foreclosing of loans secured by real property) to the acquisition, development, and leasing of property across various asset classes, including commercial, multifamily, industrial, and mixed use projects.
In law school, Meredith served as the Symposium Editor for the Vanderbilt Law Review and as an Articles Editor for the Environmental Law & Policy Annual Review. She was inducted into Phi Delta Phi, an international legal honors society, and also served as a board member for both the Legal Aid Society and the Women Law Students Association. Her work as a Research Assistant for Professor Rebecca Haw Allensworth on the disciplinary practices of medical licensing boards was featured on National Public Radio’s, “This American Life.”
Prior to joining BCLP, Meredith participated in the firm’s summer associate program; worked full-time as a legal assistant for a large law firm in New York; and interned with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York, the Judicial Council of Georgia, the Queens County District Attorney’s Office, and the Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County.
