Biography

Mary Grace is a litigator focusing her practice in the financial services industry.

Mary Grace has represented entities and individuals under investigation by various state and federal agencies, including highly regulated industries such as finance, digital assets, healthcare, and transportation. She has assisted clients before State Attorneys General and United States Attorneys, successfully preventing the government from filing criminal charges. In addition to her compliance and investigation work, Mary Grace has defended healthcare clients in large-scale commercial litigation.

During law school, Mary Grace served as the executive director of the Appellate Advocacy Program Board as well as Top Advocate and Oralist. She also worked as a student clinician in the Community Empowerment Law Project's legal clinic where she received the Iowa Wunder Award and Scholarship for Nonprofit Excellence for her service.
