Biography

Mark is an associate in BCLP’s Business and Commercial Disputes and Appellate and Supreme Court Practice Groups. He focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation involving a variety of subject matters, including securities and antitrust litigation, environmental litigation and enforcement defense, and intellectual property disputes. Mark also offers pro bono representation to individuals seeking asylum in the United States.

Before joining BCLP, Mark clerked for the Honorable Consuelo M. Callahan of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the Honorable Stanley Blumenfeld Jr. of the United States District Court for the Central District of California. In his clerkships, Mark sharpened his legal writing skills and gained a deep understanding of court operations at both the trial and appellate levels.

Mark graduated from the Pepperdine Caruso School of Law and is a member of the Order of the Coif. During law school, he was an associate editor for the Pepperdine Law Review and served as a research assistant to Professor Babette Boliek, former chief economist of the Federal Communications Commission.
