Biography
Mark is a member of the firm’s Business and Commercial Disputes Practice Group, representing clients during various stages of the litigation process. Mark focuses on helping clients in complex civil litigation disputes across several jurisdictions, including assisting clients on issues arising under state and federal law, defending against class action lawsuits, and protecting the rights of creditors.
Mark first joined the firm as a summer associate in the Phoenix office in 2021. Before joining the firm, Mark was a judicial extern for the Honorable Michael T. Liburdi at the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona and was also a summer law clerk at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Arizona. During law school, Mark served as an articles editor on the Arizona Law Review and was the recipient of the Dannie Lee Chandler Memorial Award for his contribution to the advancement of First Amendment values through the publication of his note on partisan gerrymandering. Mark was also a Supreme Court teaching fellow, leading a section of undergraduate students in learning constitutional law and analyzing U.S. Supreme Court decisions.
