Madison is an associate in the Firm’s Corporate Transactions group. Her practice focuses on advising public and private companies in a broad range of corporate transactional matters including mergers, acquisitions, and divestures.

Madison received her J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law. During law school, she served as Senior Editor for Northeastern University Law Review. She first joined the firm as a Summer Associate in 2023.
