Biography
Madeleine Considine is an Associate in the firm’s Corporate and Finance Transactions department. Her practice focuses on advising public and private companies in a broad range of corporate transactional matters.
Madeleine began her legal career as a Summer Associate with BCLP in 2021. Prior to attending law school, she worked for 3 years as a commercial property insurance broker where she sourced, negotiated, and placed multi-million-dollar property damage and business interruption insurance programs for large corporate clients.
Madeleine received her J.D. and Certificate in Corporate and Commercial Law from University of Denver Sturm College of Law. At University of Denver, she was an Editor for the Denver Law Review, a Student Attorney in the Community Economic Development Clinic, and a member of the Business Law Society. Madeleine graduated Cum Laude with her Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Villanova University.
