Lindsay Sklar Johnson
Biography
Lindsay Sklar Johnson practices primarily with the Antitrust and Competition Practice Group. Lindsay handles a variety of antitrust litigation on both sides of the aisle. In federal courts nationwide, she represents corporate plaintiffs who choose to opt-out of class actions to separately pursue antitrust recovery. She also defends corporations in federal and state antitrust cases, including class actions, involving price-fixing, monopolization, and other alleged violations of antitrust and unfair competition laws. Her litigation experience includes Multidistrict Litigation (MDLs). In the courtroom, Lindsay efficiently litigates dispositive motions, manages fact and expert discovery, and frequently gets cases to a resolution well before trial. Her work for both plaintiffs and defendants allows for unique insight at every stage of a case. Outside of the courtroom, she regularly counsels corporate clients regarding a range of antitrust issues. She also assists clients with antitrust training and compliance programs.
Lindsay earned her J.D., with honors, from Emory University School of Law. During law school, she was an executive managing editor of the Emory International Law Review. She also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Janis C. Gordon of the DeKalb County State Court and was a summer associate with BCLP.
