Lauren has experience in all aspects of real estate finance acting for lenders and borrowers, including acting for private equity funds, corporate borrowers, joint ventures as well as acting for clearing banks, specialist debt funds and other non-bank lenders. Lauren has experience in a wide range of real estate finance transactions for bilateral and syndicated and investment and development loans, both in the UK and in Europe.
