Biography
Senior Associate, Laura Ngoune is a key member of our Paris Restructuring team and Africa Group.
As a trilingual with a broad international experience, Laura assists French and international companies in all aspects of pre- and post-insolvency issues as well as commercial matters.
Laura assists clients in both transactional as well as contentious matters, leveraging her litigation experience to bring value adding solutions to clients.
Laura previously worked for the legal departments of international organisations in the Oil and Gas, and the hotel industry as well as a Law firms in Paris and London.
Laura enjoys writing, and frequently publishes think pieces.
Laura holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB Hons) from Coventry University (England), a Master 2 Triple Accreditation in International Business Management from Audencia Business School (France), Deusto Business School (Spain) and Bradford School of Management (England); as well as a Master 2 in Business Law and Taxation from the University of Paris 8, and a Diploma in Insolvency Law from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.
