Biography
Kevin is a member of the St. Louis office in the Class Actions and Mass Torts Practice Group. His practice focuses on personal injury and products liability-related class actions. Kevin has extensive experience analyzing and briefing complex legal issues at both the trial and appellate level, and he has been an integral part of trial teams that have returned substantial verdicts in favor of our clients.
He began his career with the firm as a fellow working with the Midwest Innocence Project. In that role he split his time between the firm’s Business and Commercial Disputes Practice Group and his work for the Midwest Innocence Project pursuing claims of wrongful conviction.
Kevin earned his J.D. from The Georgetown University Law Center in Washington D.C. During law school he was part of the Rising for Justice Clinic representing low income individuals in the Landlord-Tenant Branch and Civil Branch of the District of Columbia Court.
Prior to law attending law school, Kevin received a B.A. in political science from the University of California, Berkeley, where he was the president of the documentary film club.
