Kevin is an associate practicing in BCLP’s M&A and Corporate Finance group. Kevin's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital financing, and corporate governance.

He received his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Irvine School of Law, where he served as an Articles Editor for the UC Irvine Law Review. He also received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Social Behavior from the University of California, Irvine.
