Biography
Ke Yang, who has a doctorate in biochemistry, focuses his work on intellectual property.
Prior to joining the firm, Ke worked as a patent agent drafting patent specifications and claims as well as preparing and prosecuting patent applications domestically and internationally. Ke also has experience providing consultation on IP issues involving infringement, patent invalidation and appraisal.
Ke has a background in biochemistry and statistics, and received his doctorate in biochemistry from the University of Illinois, Urbana.
Ke is registered to practice before both U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA), with English and Chinese as his working languages.
