Biography

Katharine is Knowledge Counsel in the Non-Contentious Construction team.

She has acted for a wide range of clients including private and public sector employers, main contractors, developers, joint ventures and funders in the rail, defence and nuclear sectors. She also has a keen interest in sustainability in the built environment and has been involved in various industry initiatives in this regard including contributing to the award winning publications.

Katharine is a member of the Society of Construction Law and regularly contributes commentary to the construction industry press.

Katharine has authored, and now maintains, the tendering and procurement section of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors isurv website.
