Biography
Jordan Most is a member of the Planning and Zoning Team and Real Estate Group. Jordan’s experience in both New York City land use and transactional real estate law allows him to navigate complex development rights transfers, zoning lot mergers and apportionments, and easement agreements. Mr. Most also regularly represents a wide range of clients, including developers, lenders and not-for-profit institutions, in obtaining discretionary land use approvals including zoning map changes, variances and special permits, from the New York City Planning Commission, Board of Standards and Appeals, and Landmarks Preservation Commission. His training and experience as an urban planner bring an added dimension to his representation of his clients’ interests in real estate and land use matters.
