John is an Associate in the London M&A and Corporate Finance team. He has experience advising domestic and international clients on private and public mergers and acquisitions, equity fundraisings, joint ventures and general matters of company law.

John works with clients in a variety of industries and has assisted on instructions in the investment funds, real estate, technology, entertainment and energy and resources sectors.
