Biography
Jazmyn Ferguson is a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property and Technology Disputes Practice Group. She brings her unique insights into media and journalism with her passion for the growth of technology to assist clients in clearing, registering, and enforcing trademarks, as well as supporting them in IP-related infringement disputes. Jazmyn first joined the firm in the St. Louis office as a summer associate in 2022 and 2023.
During her time in law school, Jazmyn was a legal extern for the Notre Dame Intellectual Property Clinic where she assisted non-profit organizations and entrepreneurs in selecting, registering, and defending trademarks as well as advising them on commercial matters and technology transactions. She served as the IP Team representative for Notre Dame Law School’s Moot Court Board, was the national director of membership operations for the National Black Law Students Association and vice president of the Notre Dame Black Law Students Association Chapter. Jazmyn completed Notre Dame’s London Law Study Abroad Program where she focused her studies on international IP, artificial intelligence and data regulation while externing in BCLP’s London office with the Business and Commercial Disputes Practice Group.
Jazmyn graduated cum laude from the University of Missouri, earning degrees in business administration and journalism. Before attending law school, Jazmyn worked as a non-profit sales consultant for LinkedIn Corporation.
