Biography
Janessa is a member of the firm’s Class Actions and Mass Torts Practice Group, guiding clients through all stages of litigation. She represents various commercial entities in complex civil litigation matters, including class action suits addressing a variety of allegation and legal theories. Janessa also provides legal services to individuals needing pro bono assistance.
Janessa first joined the firm as a summer associate in the firm’s Phoenix office in 2021. Prior to joining the firm, she externed for the Honorable John J. Tuchi in the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona. In law school, she served as an executive editor for Jurimetrics: The Journal of Law, Science, and Technology. In August 2023, Janessa completed a one-year clerkship for the Honorable Steven P. Logan in the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona.
Janessa is also an executive board member on the Federal Bar Association Phoenix Chapter and a member of the Horace Rumpole Inn of Court.
