Biography
Jane is a member of the firm’s Business and Commercial Disputes Practice. She handles litigation involving complex business transactions, commercial contract disputes, and class actions. Jane offers pro bono representation to individuals seeking asylum in the United States.
Jane earned her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, magna cum laude, where she was an Associate Managing Editor on the Brooklyn Law Review. Jane also worked as a Judicial Intern for Justice Robert J. Miller of the New York Appellate Division, Second Department and as a Student Prosecutor for the United States Attorney’s Office of the Eastern District of New York.
