Jake Wood is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Finance Transactions department. He represents public and private companies in a broad range of corporate matters including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.

Jake received his J.D. from Vanderbilt University, where he was a member of the Investment and Securities Law Club and the Law and Business Society. Additionally, Jake earned a Law and Business Certificate from Vanderbilt through a curriculum focused on corporate law and practical skills. Prior to law school, Jake graduated cum laude from the University of Richmond, where he earned a B.A. in Journalism and was a member of the baseball team.
