James is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Transactions practice group. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and securities law matters.

James received his J.D. from The University of Florida Levin College of Law. During law school, he served as a judicial intern for the United States District Court for the District of Montana, where he researched legal authority regarding tax and corporate law and wrote draft orders. During his undergraduate studies at Montana State University, he was a research assistant in two different labs studying the properties of phospholipid membranes and visual processing in primates. James first joined BCLP as a Summer Associate in 2022.
