Biography

A driven, client focused attorney, Holly quarterbacks multi-state or single state deals across the U.S. to completion for clients such as Sculptor Real Estate, Delaware North Companies, GSE&C, Landmark Dividend, Clearwater Living, Rhodes Development, and Fountainhead Development.

Many more developers, private investors, institutional investors, and foreign companies rely on Holly’s multiple talents when acquiring, financing, leasing, developing, or redeveloping a broad range of asset types, including retail, office, medical, industrial, senior living, and hospitality.

Having worked on all sides of real estate deals from purchase to negotiating development agreements and from leasing to sale, Holly considers the entire lifecycle of development when looking at an acquisition or project plan.  She is fluent in the potential obstacles for the full range of stakeholders—purchasers, lenders, landlords, tenants, and buyers. Holly brings her multidisciplinary skill set and experience to identify and implement creative, smoother paths to make deals happen.

With respect to her leasing work, she drafts and negotiates industrial, retail, and office leases, including build-to-suit leases and ground leases, on behalf of landlords and tenants. In addition, Holly drafts and negotiates CC&Rs, easement agreements, and development agreements in connection with her ground-up development work of shopping centers and mixed-use projects.

In distress situations, Holly represents secured creditors/lenders, commercial landlords, land developers, commercial property owners, receivers, as well as parties who are interested in acquiring distressed assets. Holly is experienced in loan modifications, forbearance agreements, judicial and non-judicial foreclosure, receivership sales, loan sales, and deed-in-lieu transactions.

Further, through the years, Holly also has accumulated unique experience working with sophisticated family office clients.  She understands the complex challenges of family offices, including family governance, strategic planning, family communication and conflict resolution, leadership succession, traditions and values.

In all matters, Holly is known for being a trusted advisor, keenly focused on attention to detail, who enjoys working hand in hand with her clients to move “the ball” forward and help achieve their goals.
