Biography
Harold Blatt is Senior Counsel at Bryan Cave, an international law firm. His practice focuses primarily on corporate tax planning, and a broad range of executive/employee benefit matters. He also counsels public and private companies on general business matters. Mr. Blatt served on the Executive and Management committees of Bryan Cave for several years and served as chairman of its tax department. Mr. Blatt was resident manager of the Firm’s Chicago office from 2001-2004 and was lead partner in the London office from 1998-2000. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Drury Hotels Company, Metal Exchange Corp. and Mortgage Returns. He serves also on the Board of Directors of The Barnes-Jewish Hospital of St. Louis (chairman, 1983-1988) and was a founding member of the Board of BJC, Inc. In addition, he also served many years on the boards of Webster University, Washington University Medical Center and The Sheldon Foundation.
