Hannah is an Associate in the Restructuring & Insolvency (Finance Transactions) team in London, focusing on domestic and cross-border financial restructurings, commercial transactions and insolvency matters. Hannah advises a range of clients such as creditors, debtors, funds and boards of directors where the business is in financial distress. Hannah also has extensive experience advising borrowers and lenders on multi-jurisdictional banking and finance transactions.

Her experience includes a 14 month secondment to Cheyne Capital in the real estate finance team.

Hannah has worked and lived in Hong Kong SAR while on secondment to the BCLP Hong Kong SAR office.
