Biography

Hannah is an Associate primary to BCLP’s Business and Commercial Disputes practice group. Her practice focuses on complex contractual and real estate disputes.  She also maintains an active practice with the firm’s Financial Disputes and Investigations practice group, where she assists clients in defending against enforcement actions brought by the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC), Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), and Department of Justice (DOJ).

During her first two years of practice with BCLP, Hannah served the participants of Concordance as a Fellow. Hannah provided almost 1500 hours of pro bono legal services to the participants of Concordance, a non-profit reentry program aimed at reducing recidivism in the St. Louis area. The majority of Hannah’s work with Concordance consisted of resolving clients’ outstanding misdemeanor and traffic matters, as well as assisting participants in obtaining their driver’s licenses. Hannah also acted as a general legal advisor to the participants and provided them with legal advice during their transition from Missouri Department of Corrections to successful members of the St. Louis community. Since her transition to a full-time Associate, Hannah maintains a robust pro bono practice in both state and federal courts.
