Biography
Grace Palcic is an associate in the firm’s Business and Commercial Disputes Practice Group. Grace’s practice encompasses a wide array of matters including class actions, mass torts, labor and employment cases, contractual disputes, data privacy and security issues, and technology related matters.
While in law school, Grace participated in the International Justice Clinic and Reproductive Justice Clinic at UC Irvine. As a clinical student, Grace worked on matters related to tort liability under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act, freedom on expression and speech online, internet age verification laws, and individual privacy rights. Grace is also actively involved with a number of pro bono matters at the firm, including innocence appeals and criminal justice reform, which she has been assisting local and national organizations with since her first year of law school.
Grace received her JD from the University of California, Irvine, where she graduated magna cum laude and with pro bono high honors. During law school, Grace served as the senior research editor on the UC Irvine Law Review executive board, a member of UCI’s Moot Court Board, and the president of UCI’s Student Bar Association.
