Grace Lin is a member of the firm’s Banking practice group. She practices in the areas of lender and borrower representation, corporate finance and commercial law. She has also participated in the representation of commercial banks serving in corporate trust capacities.

Prior to joining BCLP, Grace was a public finance associate in the Housing group of another New York law firm.
