Biography
Frank focuses his practice in intellectual property. He has experience with inter partes review proceedings, ex parte reexamination, and patent prosecution in a variety of technical areas, including computer software, hardware, signal processing, circuits, and MEMS systems.
During the summer of 2010, Frank interned for the Hon. Leonard B. Austin in the Second Department of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York.
Prior to attending law school, Frank was a principal software engineer at M/A-COM designing and developing both software and firmware for DARPA-funded communications systems and power amplifier linearization applications. Prior to joining M/A-COM, Frank designed software for an automotive-based radar application, which included the development of a multiprocessor operating system, fuzzy logic applications for collision detection, Kalman filtering target tracking, and DSP filtering.
