Biography

Flora is a senior Associate working in our Real Estate and Corporate teams. She has experience in a broad spectrum of corporate, commercial matters and real estate matters. She also advises on M&A and joint ventures, corporate restructuring and general commercial issues. She regularly assists foreign companies, developers, government entities and other established institutions.

Flora is a qualified lawyer in Quebec, Canada, and a native French speaker who speaks fluent English and Arabic.
