Biography
Evan Boyle focuses his practice on antitrust litigation. He counsels clients on various antitrust matters, including governmental investigations and compliance with federal and state laws regarding pricing, information exchanges, monopolization, and other competition-related issues. He has experience representing clients in antitrust cases on both the plaintiff and defense side, including successfully prosecuting recovery actions on behalf of individual plaintiffs in multidistrict litigation. His experience as a litigator includes all phases of federal and state litigation, including discovery, motion practice, alternative dispute resolution, and appellate practice.
Evan earned his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, where he served as an editor on the Michigan Business and Entrepreneurial Law Review and drafted a successful appellate brief for the Criminal Appellate Practice clinic.
