Biography
Eugene Balshem concentrates in real estate lending transactions and related matters. He represents investment firms, banks and other financial institutions in the origination, purchase, sale, syndication and securitization of commercial real estate loans. Eugene represents lenders in construction, permanent, bridge and mezzanine financing transactions and intercreditor matters. He has also been involved with loan restructuring and workout/foreclosure alternatives for distressed loans.
