Biography
Erin Kelly advises clients on various aspects of intellectual property including patent, trademark, and copyright matters. Erin primarily focuses on intellectual property litigation involving patent infringement, trademark infringement, unfair competition/false advertising, and domain name cases.
As a registered patent attorney with degrees in aerospace engineering, Erin also has experience prosecuting patent applications before the United States Patent and Trademark Office involving a variety of technologies such as aerospace systems, wind power systems, medical devices, hygiene systems for health care and food service industries, card reader systems, and mining, logging, and canning devices. Erin's practice also includes reviewing prior art, claim analysis, conducting patentability searches, and drafting freedom to operate and infringement opinions.
