Biography
Emma McEnery is an associate in BCLP’s Private Client practice where she assists clients with pre-death estate planning and wealth preservation, including the creation of estate planning documents, tax matters, lifetime gifting, and closely-held business succession planning. She is also a member of BCLP’s Appellate and Supreme Court practice where she handles appeals in federal and state appellate courts across the country.
Ms. McEnery received her Juris Doctor from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis and served as her class Valedictorian. Emma was also the Editor-in-Chief of the Washington University Law Review, Secretary of the Women's Law Caucus, and Chair of the Musical Showcase Committee. After law school, Emma served as a Clerk for the Honorable David M. Ebel of the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
