Biography
Elizabeth Goldberg practices in the areas of intellectual property and commercial litigation. Elizabeth has also litigated a wide variety of commercial matters in federal and state courts, and her practice encompasses all stages of litigation. Her litigation practice includes special emphasis on real estate related disputes, intellectual property and appellate practice. She regularly represents banks, lenders and loan servicers, including in complex residential mortgage foreclosures as well as commercial loan disputes and enforcement. Her intellectual property practice includes work in the areas of trademark and copyright including in state and federal court, domain disputes under the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP), and before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (where she has successfully represented clients at all stages, including at trial) as well as working with foreign counsel abroad. Her appellate practice includes New York State appellate courts as well as federal courts.
