Elizabeth joined BCLP in March 2022. She is responsible for the training and supervision of the firm’s Real Estate Post Completion team in relation to the preparation and submission of Land Registry applications. Elizabeth also supports the wider Real Estate team with technical queries and formalities relating to land registration processes and procedures.  She is experienced in all types of Land Registry applications including complex structural transactions, refinancing and large portfolio acquisitions. Elizabeth has a particular interest process improvement and automation. 

Prior to her current role Elizabeth specialised in telecommunications property and infrastructure acting for some of the UK’s largest mobile network operators.
