Biography
Diana Rosia’s practice focuses on mergers, acquisitions, venture capital financing, corporate governance and periodic reporting under federal securities laws. As an associate within the firm’s M&A and Corporate Finance practice group, Diana has represented start-ups, middle-market privately held companies and publicly-traded companies in various transactions, including strategic investments, roll-up mergers, asset sales, stock purchase transactions, venture capital financings and private placements. Diana also counsels clients on corporate governance matters and compliance and reporting obligations under the Securities Act of 1934, including in connection with annual shareholder meetings and in the preparation of periodic reports.
