Biography
Denice Burch is a member of the firm’s Employment and Labor Practice Group. Her practice includes representing employers on a broad range of employment issues, including those arising under Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act ("ADEA"), the Americans with Disabilities Act ("ADA"), the Family and Medical Leave Act ("FMLA"), the Fair Labor Standards Act ("FLSA"), and related state and local laws.
In addition to employment-related claims, Ms. Burch advises organizations on a variety of employment matters, including the development of effective personnel policies, performance management practices, disciplinary issues, internal investigations, employee leave and attendance matters, reasonable accommodations, wage and hour compliance, and separation agreements.
