Biography
Dan is an associate in the firm’s Finance Transactions practice group. He works with both lenders and borrowers and his practice focuses on matters concerning a broad range of loan facilities, which includes secured and unsecured debt, and acquisition financing.
Dan first joined the firm as a Summer Associate in the firm’s St. Louis office in 2022.
Dan received his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School, where he was an editor for the Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law and served on committees for recruitment, mentoring, and alumni relations. During law school, he worked as a judicial intern for the Honorable Chip S. Frensley of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee.
Prior to law school, Dan graduated with a B.A. in Economics from Johns Hopkins University and worked as a paralegal in Washington, D.C.
