Biography
Clark Seaman is an associate in the firm’s Mass Torts and Class Actions Practice Group. He represents corporations and individuals, with a focus on clients in the oil and gas, agriculture, and transportation industries, in complex, high-risk litigation.
In law school, he served as the torts teaching assistant for two years under the Honorable Stephen R. Brown and former ABA President Robert M. Carlson. He also externed for the University of Montana’s Legal Counsel Office, where he helped the university reach a full defense verdict in a class action lawsuit in 2024 and worked with the Dean’s Office to update the University’s Title IX policies. While Clark was a summer associate at BCLP, he and his fellow associates drafted an award-winning brief for the Anti-Defamation League’s 2023 writing competition. With experience in nearly every stage of the litigation cycle, and a real passion for complex tort litigation, Clark looks forward to being a strong and reliable advocate for his clients during their most difficult times.
Clark received his B.A. from the University of Montana in political science and Spanish, which included participating in a year-long study abroad program in Barcelona, Spain.
In his free time, Clark enjoys beating the weekend I-70 traffic to spend time in the mountains with his dog, Moe.
