Biography
Claire is an associate practicing in the firm’s M&A and Corporate Finance group. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and corporate reorganizations. She advises clients on corporate governance matters and drafts and negotiates various types of commercial contracts. Claire has experience representing public and private companies across multiple industries, including manufacturing, agriculture, private equity, retail, and technology. Claire first joined the firm in 2014 as a clerk for the firm’s Records Department and later returned as a summer associate in 2017.
Claire received her J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law in 2018, and graduated with a B.S.B.A in Economics and a B.A. in International Studies in 2015 with honors. She was a staff member and Editor of the Saint Louis University Law Journal, as well as the President and Vice President of Administration of the Student Bar Association.
