Christian Spatz is a Counsel in our Restructuring & Insolvency team in Germany. He advises and represents clients in the area of insolvency and restructuring law, including distressed M&A, and has more than ten years of dedicated professional experience. Christian not only assists entrepreneurs and companies in crisis situations but also managing directors/board members, shareholders, investors, lenders, major customers, creditors and insolvency administrators. His practice covers pre-insolvency advice, out-of-court restructuring, and advice and representation in formal insolvency proceedings, including self-administration. In addition, he represents his clients both in and out of court in the defense and enforcement of insolvency-specific claims, such as insolvency rescission claims and directors' liability claims.
