Biography
Chloe is a member of the firm’s Finance Transactions Practice Group in the firm’s Dallas office, where she specializes in both complex commercial litigation and transactional law. Known for her analytical mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and steadfast commitment to client advocacy, Chloe expertly navigates high-stakes disputes across various industries.
Chloe joined the firm after serving as a law clerk for the Hon. Elizabeth Erny Foote of the United States District Court for the Western District of Louisiana, Shreveport Division. This experience honed her legal writing and analytical skills. A proud “Double Domer,” Chloe earned both her Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctorate from the University of Notre Dame, where she also served as the Executive Online Editor for The Journal of International and Comparative Law.
In addition to her legal practice, Chloe leads the Dallas office’s diversity and inclusion initiatives, working to foster a workplace that celebrates and supports a diverse array of perspectives. She also serves on the Executive Board of the Hispanic National Bar Association’s Young-Lawyer’s Division as the Internal Communications Chair, where she is dedicated to empowering Hispanic attorneys and fostering their success within the legal profession.
