Chase Sandler is an associate in the Real Estate Department of the firm’s New York office. He represents commercial real estate lenders in connection with senior, mezzanine, construction, A/B structured, portfolio, leasehold, and cross-collateralized commercial loans secured by a variety of asset classes throughout the United States. Chase’s broad range of real estate finance experience also includes representing lenders in the purchase, sale and restructuring of loans. He also represents buyers and sellers of office and retail properties.
