Biography
Charles A. Ramunno is of counsel with the firm in the Denver office. His practice emphasizes corporate and individual tax law.
With experience since 1973 in the areas of federal, state, and local taxation, Mr. Ramunno has participated in the planning and implementation of many business transactions for both large and small organizations. He has also handled numerous tax protests, administrative appeals and litigation involving individual, estate, partnership and corporate federal, state and local tax issues.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Ramunno practiced as a Certified Public Accountant.
