Advised Allianz Real Estate on the sale of the landmark building “Hanseviertel” in the inner city of Hamburg to CBRE Global Investors. On 45,000sqm, the property offers a hotel, offices, apartments, parking facilities and 9000sqm of retail spaces.
Advised Aegila Capital Management on the preparation of a joint venture agreement and the acquisition of the office building RellingHaus in Essen for more than EUR 140 million from Union Investment.
Advised NIS ARB EDO, a fund managed by ARB Investment Partners, on the sale of “stilwerk” in Berlin to CBRE Global Investors. Carsten Bremer also advised the client on the acquisition of the property.
Advised Allianz Real Estate on the purchase of the “Stettiner Carree” office building in Berlin for EUR 210m from private equity firm Global Asset Capital. The building is located near Nordbahnhof train station and is fully rented out to Deutsche Bahn AG on a long-term basis.
Advised IVG Institutional Funds GmbH on the sale of the office building “Pollux” in Frankfurt am Main to US fund manager Blackstone, together with co-investor and asset manager Finch Properties, based in Düsseldorf.
Advised Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management (“DeAWM” - formerly RREEF) on the acquisition of the shopping centre “Allee-Center" in Remscheid for open-ended real estate fund “grundbesitz europa" from Union Investment.
