Biography
Bruce L. Likoff’s practice emphasis is commercial real estate and land use.
Mr. Likoff has experience representing real estate developers and investors. His experience includes many transactions relating to all phases of development, including acquisition, land use approvals, financing, construction, leasing and sales. Relevant projects represent all major property categories, including office, industrial, retail, hotel and residential. Mr. Likoff also has particular experience in complicated ground lease and leasehold financing transactions, as well as community structure for master planned communities and mixed use projects.

- Representation in Colorado of a national REIT in acquisition and disposition of several major office buildings and a hotel in the Denver metro area
- Representation of both private developers and public authorities in connection with development of private student apartment housing on public university campuses
- Development of CCRs for 5,000 acre master-planned community and for residential-retail project in Denver’s most exclusive shopping district
- Representation of the developer of the base village at Winter Park ski area
- Representation of the developer in construction, financing, leasing and sale of a 36-story office tower in Denver's central business district
- Representation of the ground lessor and anchor tenant of a 50-story office tower in downtown Denver, including negotiation of a ground lease which involved a complicated contingent rent structure
- Representation of two national retailers in major store "rollout" programs of 100 or more stores
- Negotiation of numerous construction contracts, including office buildings, high-tech plant expansion, and restaurants
- Negotiation of numerous ground and space leases, including several large office leases (in excess of 250,000 square feet)
- Representation of several Colorado investors in various acquisitions of apartment projects
