Biography

Brooke is an accomplished litigator based in the firm’s Atlanta and Dallas offices. With extensive experience in both litigation and employment matters, Brooke combines her litigation skills with her expertise in employment law to provide comprehensive representation to clients.

Brooke focuses her practice on general and complex commercial litigation across a variety of industries, with considerable dedication to fiduciary litigation and ESOP and stock valuation disputes. Additionally, Brooke is experienced in matters related to the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). She adeptly handles FCRA litigation, including cases involving consumer reporting, background checks, and compliance with FCRA regulations. Brooke's strategic approach and in-depth understanding of FCRA requirements enable her to effectively defend clients' interests in federal courts, consistently achieving favorable outcomes.

In addition to fiduciary litigation and FCRA-based claims, Brooke advises employers on a wide range of employment law matters, including non-compete agreements and trade secrets-related cases. She provides strategic guidance on drafting enforceable non-compete agreements and litigates trade secrets disputes with a focus on protecting her clients' valuable intellectual property assets.

Brooke obtained her J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law, where she was the Administrative Editor for The Journal of Corporation Law. She was also the President of the Equal Justice Foundation. Prior to law school, Brooke attended Baylor University.

Outside of her legal practice, Brooke serves on the board of Frontline Response, a nationwide non-profit dedicated to rescuing vulnerable individuals from homelessness and trafficking.
